How the contract works
We sign an annual contract with the client, then employ the required staff under our own commercial registration. We handle their recruitment, visas, iqama processing, payroll through the Wage Protection System, and the Saudization (Nitaqat) obligations tied to each role on our records. The employee works at the client's site under their daily supervision, while the regulatory and administrative side stays with us.
One annual contract per client, and a single monthly invoice covering base salary and allowances, medical insurance, visas and iqama, and statutory work fees. No fragmented bills from multiple vendors, and no costs surfacing later outside the contract. What stays with the client: defining the requirement, daily supervision, and performance review.
