• The contact / quote request form: name, company name, email, phone number, subject, and message.
• The careers form: name, email, phone number, city, role, years of experience, and the attached CV.
• WhatsApp, phone, or email conversations: whatever you voluntarily share with us.
• Technical usage data: pages visited, session duration, device and browser type — via the analytics tools described below.

02How we use your data

We use the data above solely for the following purposes:

• Responding to your enquiries and preparing requested quotes.
• Reviewing job applications and contacting applicants.
• Improving site content and user experience based on aggregate statistics.
• Meeting our legal and contractual obligations.

03Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site through aggregate statistics that do not directly identify you, with IP anonymization enabled. Cookies are used for this purpose; you can decline or disable them in your browser settings without affecting your browsing experience. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

04Sharing with third parties

We never sell your personal data or share it for marketing purposes. Form submissions are processed by the form provider Web3Forms to deliver them to our inbox, and analytics data is processed by Google. We may disclose data when required by a competent authority under applicable Saudi regulations.

05Data retention and protection

We retain contact and application data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, then delete it securely. The entire site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and strict access controls are applied to incoming data.

06Your rights

Under the PDPL, you have the right to:

• Know what data we hold about you and request a copy.
• Request correction or updating of your data.
• Request deletion of your data unless a legal obligation requires retention.
• Withdraw your consent to processing at any time.

07Changes to this policy
