Direct answers in clear language

These are the questions clients ask most often before contracting. If yours isn't here, reach out directly.

01

MHRSD registration & Ajeer platform

  • Ajeer is an electronic platform operated by MHRSD through which workforce supply services are delivered between establishments under a regulated framework. We deliver our services through this platform, so every employee's placement at a client's site is officially documented with MHRSD, keeping the worker's presence at your premises fully compliant and verifiable.

  • Yes. team360 is a Saudi company officially registered with MHRSD, and our workforce supply and HR management services are delivered through the Ajeer electronic platform. This registration allows us to employ staff under our entity and deploy them at client sites, with each placement documented on the platform. The registration details are included in the contract documents.

  • When every employee at your site is documented on Ajeer: (1) their presence is legally compliant, reducing the risk of undocumented-labor violations during inspections, (2) the contractual relationship between us is clearly recorded at MHRSD, and (3) any dispute can be referred back to one regulatory authority.

  • No. The workers we supply are employed under our entity and counted in our Nitaqat quota. You carry no Saudization obligation for them. That responsibility is entirely ours.

02

Contract model

  • Our standard model is a renewable annual contract. Shorter durations can be discussed for specific cases but aren't the default.

  • Yes, through a flexible mechanism declared in the contract. Changes are formally recorded on the Ajeer platform and the monthly invoice is adjusted accordingly.

  • The employee is contracted with us; we are the employer of record, and staff are registered under our entity. You contract us for workforce supply and management. This three-party arrangement (us, employee, client) is documented on the Ajeer platform and is what allows us to fully carry all regulatory obligations including Saudization.

03

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day work supervision: direction, task assignment, technical oversight, and operational performance follow-up. You know your business best.

  • Everything regulatory and administrative: payroll, insurance, residencies, renewals, government dealings, recruitment, replacements, Saudization (Nitaqat) under our entity, and Ajeer platform documentation for every employee.

  • You report it to us officially, and we act according to Saudi labor law and our internal policies in coordination with you. Every action is formally documented within our administrative systems.

04

Cost & invoicing

  • Salaries, government fees, residency, insurance, Ajeer platform service fees, Saudization costs, and management, all in a single declared figure.

  • No. We commit to full transparency. Any change is formally documented, approved by both parties, and recorded on the Ajeer platform.

  • We are not always the lowest-priced option, and that is not how we position the service. We compete on commitment, stability, and cost clarity.

05

Onboarding & rollout

  • We commit to delivering the quote within 5 business days of the needs analysis session, unless the request is exceptional in size or complexity.

  • For staff in our existing pool: up to 14 days. For targeted recruitment: 3 to 12 weeks depending on the specialization and market availability. The schedule is fixed in the contract.
