  1. Price is not our only position

    We compete on value, stability, and accountability rather than the lowest price alone. If a quote elsewhere is cheaper because it skips insurance, documentation, or replacement guarantees, we would rather lose the deal than match it.

  2. Some roles need lead time

    Certain roles require recruitment time depending on specialization and market availability. We state the realistic timeframe in the quote itself rather than promising a start date we cannot document.

  3. Our model does not suit every case

    Our contract model is not the right fit for every business. If your organization already runs a mature internal HR operation, we will say so plainly in the first meeting, and recommend our model only where it makes operational sense.
